a little about me and my issues!

im 19 years old and live in essex in england, i suffer from anxiety disorder, depression (mild), panic attacks and panic disorder, sleep disorder and a few phobias!! (quite an extensive list!) im on meds at the moment which are called citalopram, they're working to a certain point, but i still occasioally get high levels of anxiety an experience panic attacks, im looking to speak to people who have similar problems, and hopefully we can all help each other :) X
